Annual Parish Returns
The Annual Parish Return documentation is now available. This is the third year of the three year cycle.
Documents:
- Contact details for your current Parish Officebearers. Please check these and advise us of any updates required
- Parish Contact details – Combined form (You will only need to complete contact information forms for any new officebearers)
- Statistical Return 2018
- Parish Finance Return
- Parish Councillors agreement (Only new Parish Councillors will need to complete agreements)
- Churchwardens agreement (Only new Churchwardens will need to complete agreements)
- Churchwardens – Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements (Only new Churchwardens will need to read this)
The Parish Rector/Priest in Charge and Secretary are responsible for ensuring completed Parish Returns are received by the Registry as early as possible, but no later than Friday 8 March 2019.
