Checklist - building works over $5,000

Any building works or property expenditure over $5,000 requires approval of the Diocesan Executive Committee who need to have a good understanding of the proposals put before them. That information will need to be more substantial depending on the size, scale and amount of funds involved in a project. This will need to be accompanied by a Parish Council minute recommending the works proceed.
